Jamie Betts, founder of Neurosight, led an ISE webinar that discussed how AI can help drive exceptional diversity outcomes when hiring, including a real-life award-winning example with NHS South Central and West.

The aim of the session was to help employers better understand how they can leverage recent advances in neuroscience and AI. Jamie recently called for an urgent need for honesty and action across the assessment industry in response to these advances.
