We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Anne-Marie Campion as our new chair.
Following her three-year term as ISE’s chair, Debs McCormack, head of early talent at Pinsent Masons, will hand over the reigns to Anne-Marie.
Anne-Marie is early careers manager-recruitment at Jaguar Land Rover and has worked in student recruitment for more than 30 years including roles with Deloitte and HSBC. She has also run her own company, delivering interview and assessment training for business professionals.
Over the last year Anne-Marie has been an ISE board director responsible for driving apprenticeship excellence. In her role as chair she will work with the ISE directors to grow the membership community, promoting excellence and innovative.
Anne-Marie said: “I’m extremely proud to take on this role. The pandemic highlighted how vital the ISE is in providing a place for our industry to share and access advice and information. I look forward to moving us in to a new era.”
ISE also welcomes seven new directors to its board. They will be responsible for driving the ISE’s research, policy and events agendas as well as promoting apprenticeships and best practice.
Laura Anderson, graduate and intern development lead for HSBC is joined by Maria Donovan, recruitment director at Unlocked Graduates, Lucy Hegarty, global head of early talent recruitment at GSK, Gianina Harvey-Brewin, associate director of employability and apprenticeships at University of Greenwich, Reena Jamnadas, management consultant at Cappfinity and Sophie Meaney, CEO at Elevate Talent Strategy.
Commenting on the appointments, Stephen Isherwood, chief executive at ISE said: “Anne-Marie has already proved to be a valuable asset to our board so we look forward to welcoming her as chair to build on this good work.
“We’d also like to thank Deborah McCormack for all of her support, particularly in steering the institute to respond quickly to member needs during the pandemic.”
