Institute of Student Employers (ISE) released ‘Stability, transparency, flexibility and employer ownership’ – a paper that sets out how employers would like to see the apprenticeship system and the apprenticeship levy evolve. Concerned about the range of voices that are calling for radical changes, we make 10 recommendations to the government to develop the apprenticeship system.
