Description Designed for students aged 13-19, Success at School is on a mission to empower and guide individuals from under-represented backgrounds to make informed decisions about their futures. Whether it's advice on careers, employers, or education options, we're here to provide comprehensive guidance that supports their journey towards success.
Our network consists of over 8,400 career leaders and advisors across 4,000 plus schools and colleges in the UK and over 17,000 parents giving you access to over 300,000 sixth form/college students. On average our website attracts over 1,000,000 unique visitors to our website per annum.
We work on a tailored client-by-client basis, supporting you to reach target demographics from our audience that consists of:
- 40% of our students come from ethnic minority
- 60% of our audience is female
- 40% would be the first in their family to go to university
- 20% of our students receive free school meals
With bespoke campaigns such as supporting the NHS with in-school presence across 1,200 schools; we have worked with over 100 organisations to diversify their talent pipeline and engage with hard-to-reach students.

We have partnered with Success at School for the last 5 years to support us in attraction and engagement activities across all our School Leaver Programmes including Apprenticeships, Degree Apprenticeships and Futures Gap Year Internships.

We have been working with Success at School since 2019. They were the obvious choice to support us in raising the profile of Optometry amongst students, parents and teachers because of their reach, experience, and their expertise in career advice for young people.
