Description I am an early careers consultant with over 15 years of experience in student recruitment.
Within this I have 10 years of experience delivering in-house apprentice and graduate recruitment campaigns in charity and private sector organisations via attraction strategies using employer branding and recruitment marketing, as well as 5 additional years experience supporting virtual assessments as part of an associate group of freelance selection officers focused on delivering strengths-based one-to-one videos interviews, group work and role play assessments.
I have recently gained nationally recognised Level 2 qualifications in LGBTQ+ inclusion and mental health first aid and workplace advocacy. I now offer workshops for clients looking for support in these two areas.
