MyPlus provides progressive employers, universities and disabled students with the confidence, insight and support they need to realise new possibilities.
We work with multinational organisations to provide them with the expertise to be disability inclusive in their employment strategy, processes and engagement with disabled individuals; this includes neuroinclusivity.
Our MyPlus Recruiters’ Club offers businesses an expert membership forum to gain and share insights, build greater disability inclusion and realise the possibilities of opening up recruitment to students with disabilities.
Annual membership provides employers with the knowledge, confidence and support required to attract, recruit, support and develop disabled students. Depending on the level of membership benefits include bespoke consultancy/in-training days, complimentary places for our disability employment educational events, access to disability confident Marketing/Recruitment toolkits, email access and quarterly Q&A sessions for disability employment advice and support. All members also can connect with disabled students by showcasing their business and advertise jobs and events on our career advice website for disabled students: http://www.myplusstudentsclub.com.

Whilst MyPlus offers broad disability employment expertise we are specialists in early years employment, helping organisations to attract, develop and recruit the talents of disabled students into apprenticeship or graduate roles.
MyPlus are a UK Government Disability Confident Leader, and our services can be used as evidence for the UK Governments Disability Confident Scheme.
