Interaction Learning and Development is a market leading provider of behavioural training with a strong focus on early talent, including graduates, interns and apprentices. We deliver any scale of Early Careers training from individual workshops to multi module graduate/talent programmes. We use a blend of face to face and virtual modules that include exercises, indoor and outdoor tasks, and business simulations - supported by psychometrics and applied psychology to raise awareness and understanding of self and others.
We have a long-standing association with ISE and in 2023 we delivered an interactive workshop at the ISE Student Development Conference in collaboration with the University of Leeds. We shared experience led insights around how the hybrid world is impacting early talent’s ability to network and integrate into the workplace. Although clearly not all bad, we identified a few key areas that were detrimental to development and wellbeing. These included lower connectivity, reduced exposure (to others and learning opportunities), lack of cultural know-how, and implications for EDI and social mobility. Our solutions take these challenges into account and importantly we focus on what’s needed to support and embed learning back at work. This clear priority on learning transfer ensures tangible results and genuine improvements in performance.
