We deliver the largest global event for Black women in tech and finance that has connected 10,000 Black women in the UK, US and Germany to tech and finance companies such as Goldman Sachs, Zalando, BlackRock, Amazon and more.

We also deliver an award winning mentoring and talent accelerator programme for female students at university who want to work in tech. We have provided over 200 women with mentoring, masterclasses and connections to graduate recruiters with alumnae now working at sponsoring businesses such as BT, Vodafone and Virgin Media O2.

We have also launched an app, The Hill, that enables businesses to save on costs and time when hiring female talent. Join other employers such as Amazon, Visa, Palantir, Vodafone and many more to showcase your employer brand and kick start the recruitment process with 10,600 users.

“I am so proud of the life-changing impact we at BT Group are contributing by collaborating with Vanessa and the team. The extraordinary mentorship programme helps women from various backgrounds and experiences develop many foundation skills and personal attributes they need to start – or pivot into – a career in technology. Whether seasoned tech superstars who have already studied degrees in computing or professionals who have discovered a passion for tech, it’s a privilege to meet the community and watch them grow in confidence and thrive, especially when they secure their first roles at BT and in other organisations.”
