Our Talent Technology platform enables firms to both
(a) talent pool candidates, where those who use our platform are between 3 to 22x more likely to be offered the job
(b) pre-board all new starters, with a consistent and personalised experience, reducing declines and reneges by 30%-74% and reducing internal resource by as much as 2000 hours.

Our Talent Acquisition services (focused on sub 100 hires pa) enable a fully client branded end to end recruitment process and journey, or a 'pick and mix' style approach where firms can use us for specific elements of the recruitment process. Our results speak for themselves with conversion rates at final stage of just over 2:1, all with high levels of candidate engagement.

Our Early Engagement services draw on data and relationships with over 2500 schools & colleges from across the UK to target the 'right' students; build engaging talent engagement or CSR programmes which both inspire and inform, where we deliver high levels of engagement and measureable social impact.
